Refund Policy

 

Cancellation Fee: Due to transaction fees and administrative time, tickets are refundable by no later than September 3, 2024, with a $35 cancellation fee. After September 15, 2024; registrations are not refundable but may be transferred to someone else with advance approval.  Looking forward to seeing you there!

David Contreras and Gabriela Gamino will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside its reasonable control ("Force Majeure event") and in such circumstances the Host Organization may not reimburse any paid fees. A Force Majeure event means any event which is beyond our and/or your reasonable control, including but not limited to, Act of God, fire, flood, lightening, storm, earthquake or other climatic or meteorological catastrophes, terrorism and industrial dispute, strike or labor disturbance, regulatory change or change in law, or any event or circumstance which puts at risk or endangers the health, safety or security of our and/or your personnel, which prevents and/or affects the performance of these Terms and/or the staging of the Event, and could not have been prevented, avoided or remedied by the party affected by the Force Majeure event (i.e. the party not able to perform) taking reasonable precautions (“Force Majeure Event”). Performance under these Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues to affect performance. We and/or you will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our and/or your obligations under these Terms may be performed despite the Force Majeure event.
