Please enjoy a meal with your family before evening activities begin.

Community Fire Gathering
Join us around the fire for a warm, welcoming evening with music, and meet new people.

Day 2 – Opening Day of Classes

Join us for the first community meal of the week.

Meet at the Main Fire for information of the day’s class offerings.
All Day: Workshops & Activities led by our instructors. A full schedule will be posted at the Welcome Board.

Dinner Served: Enjoy a shared evening meal with the community.
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Nightly Fire & Entertainment
Gather around the fire for an evening of music, storytelling, and community connection.
8:00 PM
Stargazing
Take in the beauty of the night sky.

Day 3 – Full Day of Learning & Connection

Breakfast Served: Another day of hands-on learning and community connection.

Daily Class Announcements-Gather at the Main Fire for updates and the schedule of the day’s workshops.
All Day: Workshops & Activities
Led by our instructors. A full schedule will be posted at the Welcome Board.
Participate in a variety of classes and skill-sharing sessions offered throughout the day.

Dinner Served: Come together to enjoy a nourishing evening meal.
6:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Nightly Fire & Entertainment
Join the community by the fire for live music, storytelling, and relaxed evening fun.

Stargazing: Unwind under the vast desert sky and take in the stars.

Day 4 – Full day of Learning & Community Traditions

Breakfast Served: Start the day with a meal and prepare for a special day.

All Day: Workshops & Activities

Kids’ Trade Blanket- A fun and meaningful opportunity for children to trade handmade crafts and treasures.
5:30 PM
Dinner Served- Gather for a shared meal.
7:00 PM
Adult & Teen Trade Blanket + Music by the Fire & Storytelling
Celebrate the week with music, storytelling, and a traditional trade blanket gathering for older participants.
8:00 PM
Stargazing: One last evening under the stars to reflect, relax, and take it all in.

Day 5 – Barter Faire & Celebration

Breakfast Served: Enjoy a nourishing start to the day with your fellow campers.

Barter Faire
Join the community for an open-air market of handmade goods, crafts, and trades. Bring your creations and enjoy this vibrant exchange!

Dinner Served
Gather together for the final meal of the week.
7:00 PM
Music by the Fire
Come relax and enjoy live music under the evening sky.
8:00 PM
Storytelling: Wind down the evening with shared stories around the fire.
Day 6 – Farewell & Departure
Friday, November 7
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pack Up & Depart
Begin packing up camp and saying your goodbyes.
Free milk and cereal will be available at the General Store for kids and teens.
Take a moment to exchange contact info with new friends, reflect on the week, and carry the memories of Birdsong with you to learn something new every day.
